Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund* (excluding delivery charges).
If your item is damaged upon receipt, then any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours with accompanying proof (such as images of the damaged item).
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the address specified below.
You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.
Assuming that the genuine product is still completely presentable for us to re-sell, then there is no problem in returning it.
Please leave a note with your name or order number in the box. Without this it will be impossible for us to match tie this up to your original order!

Please be aware that the responsibility for the condition in which the products that are returned, is the customers sole responsibility.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received and quality checked by our warehouse.
This will usually reach that account within 1-3 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Complaints
Should you wish to make a complaint, this must be reported via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=EN using the email address [email protected] when prompted.
